# Hand-built website: up to 10 pages in two weeks, yours to keep, for $3,500

Mackenzie Bowes builds your business website by hand, up to 10 pages, in two weeks, for $3,500 fixed. You own the code and host it on your own account, with no monthly fee. People and AI agents can both read every page.

A website built by hand for your business, up to 10 pages, live in two weeks. You own every file. The price is $3,500, fixed, and there's no monthly fee from me afterwards.

## What you get

1. **Up to 10 pages, written and built for your business.** No template, so it says what you do, not what a theme expected.
2. **Fast pages.** Static pages with no database behind them. When Mackenzie rebuilt Build Canada's site, load times fell from up to 20 seconds to under 2 [(the story)](/stories/building-buildcanada-com).
3. **Readable by AI agents.** Every page gets a plain-text twin and an `llms.txt` list, the same as this site, so when someone asks ChatGPT or Claude who to hire, it can read what you do.
4. **Yours to keep.** The code and the hosting are on your own accounts, and the host bills you directly, not me.
5. **30 days of fixes, free.**

## What it asks of you

A kickoff call, your logo and photos, and a reply to one round of changes on the draft. Plan on about 3 hours over the two weeks.

## Who it is for

A business whose customers find it by search or by asking an AI, and who wants a site that shows real experience instead of a template. If you want to edit the site yourself every week, a builder like Squarespace or Wix at $15 to $44 a month may suit you better; [the comparison](/competitors) shows when.

## Limits

Up to 10 pages. No online store; a shop needs a platform like Shopify. Changes after the 30 days are a new job, or part of [the retainer](/offers/ai-retainer).

## Start

Email [mackenzie@mackenziebowes.com](mailto:mackenzie@mackenziebowes.com) with your current site, if you have one, and what you want people to do when they land on it.
