sleep
Lets a Claude Code agent save its diary and hand-off, clear its own context and wake on the hand-off. Needs a Claude Code mod host, which is not released yet.

sleep: Clear the context once the diary and hand-off are fresh; a nap wakes on a prompt, a sleep waits for a person.
